Service Description

This package is for BRAVE SOULS who are READY to face their fears, delve into DEEP TRANSFORMATION and really SHOW UP for themselves. Finding Hope 5hr Package Includes: • 5 hours of individualized support. • 4 or 5 one-to-one coaching sessions with Cara (The intake session is usually 2 hours.) • Detailed meeting notes sent to you that outline suggestions and homework to be completed prior to the next meeting. • One weekly text/email (your choice) to act as a buffer in-between sessions. • Guarantee: if you are not satisfied after our 5hrs are completed, I will gift you an additional 5 hours. • Graduates qualify for FREE ONGOING monthly support group only for folks who have worked with me. This is a small, AMAZING, lovely group of kind humans.
